Ocean's Catch offers fleet-direct scallops from the North Atlantic as well as other scallop-producing regions around the globe. We have extensive experience in the scallop category and can provide consistent programs for large volume users. Our scallops capabilities include:
- Direct sourcing partnership with one of the largest East Coast fleets, affording our customers
access to the harvest of 29 company-owned boats and 50 affiliate vessels.
- Product line includes 100% dry and water added products in retail and foodservice/
bulk packs.
- We also market Mexican scallops through a strategic, direct relationship, and farmed scallops
from the leading aquaculture company in Northern China.
